Laura flat was wonderful and fully equipped. Located in really good spot, close to the beach, with private parking but you also have a bus stop just outside of apartament. I recommend staying at Laura's place - it has everything u need for a great trip.

Lanthan casa tiene una hermosa y exclusiva vista al mar, muy difÃcil de encontrar en todo RÃo de Janeiro. Se encuentra ubicada próxima a la Playa Vidigal, la cual me pareció una de las más lindas de RÃo. Se puede ir caminando hacia el centro (Leblon) donde hay una gran variedad de negocios.

Its a very central location with bus connections just a minute away. Around the corner we have Yumbo shopping center. Its a shopping center geared towards the gay community but everyone is more than welcome. There many shops, restaurants and Schank to enjoy the evening watching a good drag show.

We did not particularly enjoy ur stay at the apartment. Having been in Gran Canaria a few times before and staying at amazing local residences via Airbnb this welches by far the most disappointing. The apartment seems newly decorated and modernly equipped as you can Teich on the pictures. The apartment is a bit small but this was not an issue for us since we visited the island for cycling and only used it for sleeping. There is a small but well equipped kitchen which we also did not use. Our host welches cordially waiting for us outside of the building when we arrived. He was friendly yet distant. There welches no where-are-you-from get to know each other chit-chat but just a quick exchange of keys and contact details. What we did not like about the apartment is the building. You have to cross some kind of parking lot to reach the entrance and it is already very clear there hasn't been any general maintenance or redecoration done hinein a long time. The entrance and corridors you have to pass are very dirty, the walls have disgusting stains all over and hinein the corners there is often urine, cigarette butts and empty bottles lying around. Because the building is open for everyone there are many shabby people hanging around. We have seen quite a few drug deals happen rein our passing from the entrance to the Vorderseite door.
Monica website was extremely hospitable from the Augenblick we booked this air bnb. She gave us very clear directions on how to arrive and enter the apartment. She also provided a list of things to do and went out of her way when it welches raining to offer up suggestions for activities to do indoors.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor - 3 lifts hinein the complex are available. The views are spectacular, we particularly enjoyed the view at night. The swimming pools are well attended, not too busy and very refreshing - most pools are adult only! Beryllium aware chlorine levels can vary. There is a small convenience store at the bottom of the complex, which we found very helpful. There is also a Theke next to the swimming Schwimmbecken - we didn't visit this but looked nice! Other restaurants around the complex didn't appear to be open throughout our stay.
